Trigger Point Pilates™️

This is a combination of Pilates exercises with Myofascial Releases (which is traditionally a hands-on therapy), using small equipment to give you:-
Tension Relief
Mobility
Flexibility
Help you Sleep
Lower Stress Levels
Feel Gorgeous

Tight fascia can interfere with the proper engagement of core muscles, so releasing it results in better posture and movement.

This class is Face to Face, with an online, live feed option via Zoom. There is an On-Demand portal option available after the live class.

Equipment must be purchased prior to class.

Classes are paid for up front in courses.
The new course of 12 weeks, is £120, or for the first half term £77 for 7 week course and after half term £55 for 5 week course.
