Pilates Posture Project

The class is aimed at professional sitters & standers or anyone with poor posture, and who knows they need to strengthen their core muscles. It will also make you aware of the adjustments you need to make to help improve your back and posture in everyday life.
This class is Face to Face, with an online, live feed option via Zoom. There is an On-Demand portal option available after the live class.
Equipment must be purchased prior to class.
Classes are paid for up front in courses.
The autumn term course of 12 weeks, is £120, or for the first half of term it is a 7 week course, £77 and for the second half of term it is a 5 week course, £55
