Mindful Retreat Day at the Asha Centre in the Forest of Dean
with Pippa from press pause yoga and mindfulness
Saturday October 11th 2025 - 9.30am-5.30pm*
Escape the noise and find your inner peace in the heart of the Forest of Dean.
Join me for a rejuvenating day of connection, relaxation, and self-care, surrounded by the calming embrace of nature.
The Asha centre is set in beautiful grounds with an amazing peace pavilion, meditation lodge, fire pit, labyrinth, peace grove, stream from St. Anthony’s Well, fairy haven, secret garden, stunning rose garden and organically cultivated orchards, soft fruits, herbs and vegetables.
The offering on the day will be a gentle introduction to mindfulness and is suitable for you if you are curious about mindfulness, meditation, yoga, mindful movement and sound healing. Ideal for you if do not know where to start with meditation and mindfulness, or if you have an established mindfulness-based meditation or yoga practice.
There will be guided mindfulness meditation practices, mindful yoga-based movement, mindfulness-based activities and mindful walking. You will be able to immerse yourself in practice, disconnect from everyday life but be present in the here and now.
There will be time to pause and be, connect with the beautiful surroundings at the Asha Centre and connect with others.
A special guest; Tara Sound and Music, will be sharing a beautiful sound bath.
Poetry is a key aspect of all press pause offerings so there will be supportive poetry sprinkled throughout the day.
A vegetarian/vegan lunch, beverages and snacks will be provided by Asha centre.
There will also be a goody bag to take away with you.
