Join Pippa from Press Pause Yoga and Mindfulness and Tara from Tara Sound and Music and escape the noise and find your inner peace in the heart of the Forest of Dean.
Join us for a rejuvenating and transformative weekend of yoga, mindfulness, sound healing, deep rest and relaxation, connection, and self-care.
🌸 Nestled in nature, this retreat is an invitation to wrap yourself in the surroundings, slow down, breathe deeply, and return to yourself.
🌳 The Asha centre is set in beautiful grounds in the Forest of Dean, with a peace pavilion, meditation lodge, fire pit, labyrinth, peace grove, stream from St. Anthony’s Well, fairy haven, stunning rose garden and organically cultivated orchards, fruits and vegetables. Breathe in the fresh woodland air, listen to the rustle of leaves, and reconnect with nature in one of the UK's most stunning natural settings.
The offerings throughout the weekend include guided mindfulness meditation practices, mindful yoga-based movement and mindfulness-based activities. You will be able to immerse yourself in practice, disconnect from everyday life but be present in the here and now. Ideal for you if do not know where to start with meditation and mindfulness, or if you have an established mindfulness-based meditation or yoga practice.
🎶 Tara Sound and Music, will be sharing a beautiful sound bath. Tara will use a mix of both ancient and modern sound healing instruments including Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, gongs, Koshi chimes, drums and her soothing voice to create the perfect environment for relaxation, rejuvenation and healing. The vibrations from these sounds can help balance energy, promote relaxation, and enhance the meditative experience.
🌳 There will be multiple opportunities for peaceful forest walks and time to simply be in nature. We will visit the sacred well for reflection and renewal.
We will also offer creative Spring equinox-based activities to unlock your expression and joy and connect to the time of year.
As the nights draw in there will be an option to join a cacao ceremony around the fire under the stars.
🌿 There will be time to pause and be, rest, read, journal, embrace the beautiful surroundings at the Asha Centre and connect with like-hearted others.
Poetry is a key aspect of our retreat days, so there will be supportive poetry sprinkled throughout.
All our nourishing meals are provided by our private chef and meals will be vegetarian/vegan. All beverages and snacks will be provided.
There will also be a goody bag to take away with you.
The retreat cost includes all meals with a private chef and accommodation for Friday and Saturday night (private cottages and rooms in the main house) along with all activities.
