HOW TO SET UP A HOME PRACTICE ?


3-HOUR WORKSHOP

For all existing yoga students who want to set up a safe and sustainable home practice.
Suitable for beginners.


This 3-Hour workshops will integrate asanas from the different families of postures to work the whole body/mind system and enable students to:
- Increase Energy and reduce Stress,
- Restore balance of Body and Mind,
- Create great openings to release tensions,
- Perform active and restorative postural work,
- Understand the connections between the asanas.

During the workshops students receive personal advices to help them according to their needs.
