💜 YOGA FLOW💜
An all-levels, vinyasa style, flow class. This class is intentionally sequenced to help you connect your breath with your movement while gently building strength and flexibility. Emphasizing mindful movement while offering options to challenge yourself and modifications to accommodate all bodies and abilities.
💜CHAIR YOGA💜
This yoga class maintains elements of yoga such as physical postures, mindfulness, and breathing techniques, however is adapted to be done while seated in a chair or using the chair for support and balance.
