Sound Bath Meditation

Immerse yourself in waves of soothing sound designed to calm the mind and relax the body. In this practice, you simply lie down in comfort as crystal bowls, chimes, and other instruments create gentle vibrations that wash through you. These sounds can help quiet mental chatter, release tension, and guide you into a meditative state. Many leave feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply rested.
