Yoga 101 - A 4-Week Series

A 4-week series in September

This is an opportunity to get detailed instruction and guidance on the numerous facets that make up a yoga practice.

I am limiting this event to only 8 attendees so each may have one-on-one guidance in this group setting.

You will learn:

~Proper yoga breathing to incorporate with the postures to create a sense of calm and help regulate your nervous system.

~Concise and detailed instruction for many of the foundational postures in a yoga practice with a focus on safety.

~Specific modifications and adjustments of the postures for your specific body and limitations.

~An introduction of yoga props and the variety of ways to use them to best support you in your practice.

~Tips on styles of practice and classes that will match to your own personal health goals.

This is an opportunity to receive one-on-one guidance in a shared environment.

The investment for this series is four 75-minute classes and $65.
