Jag kommer att köra funktionell yinyoga, Moving Into Yin, i sommar i Luleå. Med små rörelser hittar vi målområden i kroppen och vilar där en stund. Det blir 10 gånger (på onsdagar 18.00) med början 11/6. Vill du vara med alla 10 gånger är kostnaden 1 950:-, drop in 250/gång (Swish).
Vi håller till på Elite Hotel i Luleå på våning 1, ingång genom receptionen. Det finns bolster och filtar, ta gärna med egen matta (finns ett mindre antal lånemattor).
