"Maintain Movement for Life" Lunch & Learn

“Maintain Movement for Life” Lunch & Learn on Wednesday, August 13th at the Extension office. Crockett Botsford, Physical Therapist with 37+ years of experience.
Lunch served at noon. Presentation at 12:10 – 12:50 pm. $5 donation suggested to cover food costs. Must RSVP no later than Monday, August 11th to or 936-634-6414.

Come learn practical and realistic strategies for improving and maintaining movement and function for all stages of life. Crockett will discuss his general fitness tool kit, including balance, stretching, strengthening, and cardio training, that can be adapted to anyone’s lifestyle regardless of current fitness or ability level.
