Keith Stephens memorial duathlon

Please note that this informal event is designed for members and local friends and is very low key, particularly on organisation, no toilets or changing facilities,
There's a perpetual trophy for it, to be held for one year.
I hope this event will be attractive to members of Rock Estate and running clubs,
2.5 mile run 20 mile bike (5 laps of bash loop) 2.5mrun
If you want to take part just turn up on the day and do your thing.
No entry fee.
meet at Gisleham Rd, Carlton Colville, Lowestoft NR33 8DG before 9am for a 9 start,
The event has taken place annually since 2002. In that year Keith, a runner and cyclist who was VCB’s treasurer, died in an accident while riding for the club.
