East Coast drum Circle - Lound

Come and join us for a monthly drumming circle at Lound Village hall NR32 5LL

£10 pp includes use of drum, guided meditation, oracle cards, releasing exercise, hot herbal drinks or tea/ coffee( decaf)

Drumming has the ability to bring the user to a calm and relaxed state allowing release of stress and tension. A wonderful sense of community is felt during the gathering, leaving you relaxed.

PARKING - ample car park at the village hall
REFUNDS cannot be offered but you may transfer your place to another person. ☺️
