~Seated Movement + Breathwork: We will practice gentle seated movements + special Breathwork techniques to help move energy, remove toxins + invigorate the body.

~Body Tapping: Learn techniques to invigorate and balance your energy.

~Herbal Support: Explore herbalism and discover how to use various herbs to nourish and support your body during seasonal changes. Learn about the properties of different herbs and how they can aid in maintaining balance and health as the seasons change.

~Tea Tasting: We'll enjoy a seasonal herbal tea tasting, exploring herbs that support detoxification, balance, and vitality. Leave feeling refreshed, clear, and energized for the season ahead.
