Intermediate Manners

This course is designed to prepare your dog for the AKC Canine Good Citizen (CGC) test and focuses on developing calm, well-mannered behavior. It’s ideal for those looking to take their dog’s manners to the next level.

Each week, you’ll receive specific challenges and exercises to help you and your dog work steadily toward the CGC goals. We’ll concentrate on key areas such as:

Leash manners with distractions

Reliable recall

CGC test requirements and behaviors

Requirements:

Dogs must be up to date on vaccinations.

Prerequisite: Completion of a prior puppy or adult manners class, or one-on-one training sessions.

Be prepared to put in the work—this course is structured to help you succeed through consistent practice and guidance!
