Join us for a deliciously curated workshop experience that blends the art of sourdough bread making with the joy of wine tasting and curating a beautiful charcuterie spread. Whether you're a newbie to sourdough or the art of charcuterie board making or looking to deepen your craft and knowledge of both, this event is designed to inspire, connect, and satisfy.

🥖LEARN THE PROCESS OF SOURDOUGH🍞
-Jump into your sourdough journey with the guidance of Michana from A Love for Sourdough. You will take home a bubbly jar of sourdough starter from her very own starter, Lucy 🫙🫧 — Yes, she’s alive, bubbly, and well matured and ready to bake with you! We’ll feed our starters together, walk through the process of sourdough the different sourdough steps.
-You’ll get a copy of Michana's go-to How-To Sourdough Guide—packed with not just one, but two of her favorite sourdough bread recipes 🥣🍞.
-Michana will walk you through the full sourdough process—sharing all the tips and tricks she's learned through the years—and explain how to bake beautiful loaves without needing a bunch of fancy gadgets (but don’t worry, we’ll chat about the gadgets too, if you’re curious!).
-We’ll wrap up with a Sourdough Q&A, and of course… There will be sourdough samples for tasting 🤤🍞—because what’s better than sourdough with wine, charcuterie and a whole lot of fun🍷✨

-Dive into the delicious world of charcuterie! 🧀 With the guidance from Hailey Hick's with Hick's Family Creations, learn how to craft and curate a show-stopping board featuring a selection of artisan cheeses, savory meats, seasonal extras, and—of course—pieces of fresh-baked sourdough focaccia.
-Hailey will guide you through styling tips and flavor pairings while you create your board to ensure it is as beautiful as it is tasty. Perfect for impressing guests or just treating yourself✨

-Alongside all the sourdough and charcuterie goodness, you’ll get to enjoy a curated wine experience with Erin from Xella Winery.
-She'll have their signature selections flowing—including classic wines, sangria, and even wine slushies to keep things fun and refreshing.
-To make the night extra special, Erin is mixing up a special wine cocktail 🍷🍹 for the workshop.
-Erin will walk us through how to pair your wine perfectly with your charcuterie board, because great wine deserves the right bite.

Upon arrival, you will check in. You will start the night with your complimentary drink, including wine, sangria, wine slushie, or the special drink of the night.
🕰️ Time: Class starts at 5:30 pm; please arrive 5-10 minutes early to check in and get settled before the class starts. Connect with fellow wine, sourdough, and charcuterie lovers in a relaxed, welcoming setting.
