Intro to SUP

Learn how to do the fastest growing paddle sport activity in our Introduction to Stand Up Paddle Boarding class. This two hour experience, taking place at Olson Lake at Rock Cut State, starts with 20 – 30 minutes of dry land and safety instruction followed by on water instruction and paddling. The remainder of the class is for you to practice what you just learned.
