Clay & Wellness: Sound Bath & Lotus Flower

Thursday, June 26th at 2pm
Join Whistle Stop Clay Works and Soaring Soul Wellness for our Clay & Wellness event. You’ll make a clay lotus flower and enjoy a peaceful afternoon of wellness including mindfulness meditation, crystal chakra bowl sound bath and community connection.
This event is open to everyone and is appropriate for all skill levels.
We begin with mindfulness meditation with sound bath. Then we create the lotus with Bonnie while the sound bath continues. We finish with gentle movement: all bodies welcome
$45 per person & no experience required.
