Step into the element of Water, where flow, intuition, and emotional expression guide your creative journey. In this meditative art and sound experience, we’ll explore the soft, fluid movement of watercolor through techniques like wet-on-wet blending, bubble printing with intention, splashing, and alcohol drop effects—each method celebrating Water’s natural way of moving around obstacles and finding new paths.

We'll begin outside, connecting with the riverside (or embracing the rain if the skies offer it), setting intentions by blowing them into bubbles—watching as they float and pop, reminding us to release with ease. As we return indoors, the sound of crystal singing bowls will create a soothing current beneath our painting process, guiding you deeper into surrender and creative trust.

You’ll be invited to slow down and observe: how the paint pools, spreads, and merges just as emotions do—without force, without needing to control the outcome. Through this evening of intuitive exploration, you’ll practice softening, letting go, and allowing beauty to emerge naturally from the flow.

No art experience is needed. Just bring yourself, your breath, and a willingness to drift into the present moment.

Elizabeth Dawn is a dedicated Reiki Master Practitioner, Certified Sound Healing Practitioner, and Energy Wellness Coach committed to guiding individuals toward balanced, holistic well-being.
