After you leave this class, you'll understand the brilliance of AI when it's used correctly - and the risks when it's not.

We’ll explore real-world use cases and get hands-on with some group activities to show you the strengths and weaknesses of AI in action. You’ll learn about the core limitations of generative AI, how to harness its most powerful capabilities, and how to avoid the common pitfalls many users fall into. Whether you’re just curious or looking to integrate AI safely into your workflow, this session will give you a practical, grounded foundation. By the end of the class, you’ll be able to separate clever use from careless hype—and know where AI can truly move the needle in your work or industry.

What are its core strengths, and how can you use them effectively?
Common use cases—done well vs. done wrong
