Come experience the power of your breath in a guided session led by men's coach and certified breathwork facilitator, Ron Gray.
This 90-minute group experience is open to men & women—whether you're brand new to breathwork or already on your journey of inner exploration. Together, we’ll use the breath as a tool to quiet the noise, release stored tension, and reconnect with the parts of ourselves that often get buried beneath stress, busyness, and burnout.
Through a combination of conscious connected breathing, guided somatic awareness, and intentional integration, you'll walk away feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected—to yourself and the world around you.
What to Expect:
Please bring:
A water bottle, journal (optional), and anything that will help you feel comfortable lying down (blanket, pillow, eye mask, etc.). Yoga mats are provided.
