Introduction to Front Crawl

Are you ready to take your swimming to the next level and progress from breaststroke to Front Crawl? Then this course is for you! Over a couple of weeks and 4 different sessions our coach will take you through the process. The schedule for eah lesson is as follows:

Session 1 - Introduction, Basics of Front Crawl, Body Position, Leg Action

Session 2 - Recap and Introducing Arm Action

Session 3 - Recap and Introducing Breathing and Rotation

Session 4 - Recap, Timing, Full Stroke and Propulsion

Course order may change as course progresses

Dates for course are:
Thursday 26 June 6pm
Saturday 28 June 10am
Thursday 10 July 6pm
Saturday 12 July 10am

Please make sure that you can attend all dates. Days are not transferable or refundable if you miss one.
