Foundations of Spiritual Development

This online workshop will cover the importance of clearing and grounding your energy and psychic protection; releasing negative emotions and limiting beliefs to make space to receive; chakra cleansing and building up your energy body. We'll finish with a ground, cleanse and protect meditation which you can do daily (audio file will be emailed to you). Short comfort break half way through. This workshop will take place in Zoom.
