Do you have ADHD? or Do you suspect you might have ADHD?
If so, why not come along to our Adults ADHD Support Group at the RISC on the last Tuesday of the month. Reading ADHD Group is an in-person adult ADHD support group created by people with ADHD for people with ADHD. You do not need a formal diagnosis to attend and it's free.
Reading ADHD Group is a peer support group with no affiliation with any medical professionals. It is designed for people with ADHD to get together and offer each other peer support.
