Join My ‘All Levels Fitness Class’

Perfect for beginners and seasoned athletes alike, my classes offer a mix of strength training, cardio, and flexibility exercises tailored to your fitness level.
With expert instruction and modifications for every ability, you will enjoy a supportive community atmosphere.
From the 11th January 2025 I will be running this class every Saturday morning, 8.15am to 9.15am.
