Herbal Preparations
Learn about the basics of medicinal herbal preparations with Honey's herbalist, Herb Harris.

Topics we will cover include:
- How to make teas, tinctures and salves (with demonstrations!).
- Water soluble, alcohol soluble, and oil soluble constituents.

Using the principles that we explore, we will do a deep dive on a few specific herbs.
