A healthy gut is foundational to nearly every aspect of our well-being. In this immersive workshop, we’ll explore how digestion works, why so many people struggle with it, and how to build and sustain a healthy gut microbiome.
We’ll begin with a grounding breathwork practice to create a calm and focused start to the day. From there, Anna will guide an educational discussion from a functional perspective, walking through the digestive process from start to finish. We will look at how stress, inflammation, lifestyle, and daily habits influence digestion, the microbiome, and overall health.
Next, Rebecca will lead a food demonstration, preparing a deeply nourishing gut-healing soup while sharing:
- Why the ingredients are gut supportive
- What foods are powerful for healing the gut
- How to use warmth, simplicity, and intention to calm the digestive system
- How to cook and eat in ways that improve absorption and nourishment
We’ll close the morning by sharing the meal together, slowing down, and eating in community.
