Second Sunday Samples: Gut Health Edition!

It’s Gut Health Month at the farm!

Sweet potatoes are on sale, and Chef Rebecca will be in the store sampling a delicious sweet potato hummus, plus sharing the recipe so you can recreate it at home.

We’ll also have a warm sweet potato soup available for lunch if you’re craving something cozy, grounding, and nourishing.
