Seasonal Shifts Group: Welcoming Summer

Join us for a morning of grounding, mindfulness, and connection as we celebrate the beginning of the Summer and her many gifts! When we intentionally connect with Nature, we begin to notice paralells within us that reflect the changes around us. This in-person group is offered 4 times a year: March, June, September, and December. Here is an overview of our itinerary:

• Introductions
• Group grounding and meditation exercise
• Nature wander
• Group discussion
• Group craft
• Closing meditation

Fees:
