Hello! My name is Ria. I am a Nature lover, artist, and occupational therapist. I facilitate groups to support others in deepening their connection with nature. I host low-cost groups to create accessible spaces for community to tap into their inner strengths and wisdom while experiencing the many health benefits of immersing in Nature. Activities include mindfulness exercises, meditation, journaling, arts and crafts, and group discussion. I hope to see you there!
