Needle Microsurgery

This is an in-person class held on the Yo San University Campus.

This hands-on course explores techniques to minimize chronic scarring at the joints caused by repetitive use and long-term injuries. Participants will gain practical experience using needling to address tendonitis in the hands, feet, elbows, and knees—conditions often stemming from overuse and repeated movement. Learn how needling can reduce scar tissue density, increase blood and nerve flow, and gradually reshape affected areas such as bunions or arthritic joints. Through targeted muscle release, discover how joint alignment and bone structure can be positively influenced, supporting freer, more fluid movement over time.

Disclaimer: Students in this course must practice the techniques taught to build proficiency and are encouraged to receive needling to deepen their understanding. Enrollment confirms acknowledgment that both practicing and receiving needling are essential to learning and professional growth.

This class is pending for 6 CEUs by the California Acupuncture Board and NCCAOM.
