Located at Fred Parker Wellness, 12265 Ventura Blvd, Suite 100, Studio City CA, our tranquil space provides the perfect setting for deep relaxation and rejuvenation.

During the session, Ashley Sutton, will guide you through a meditation session, enhancing the prescence of mind and peace within your body and mind. As you lay comfortably on a mat, Jaimie Bess will generate the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other instruments that will wash over you, melting away stress and tension.
