Buddhist Sound Bath: Discover Inner-Peace

Let's try something new for our holistic wellness in a peaceful Buddhist setting. On June 12, we will offer a sound bath session for your mindfulness and inner-peace at the . Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of Japanese Buddhist bells, a tongue drum, and a low-frequency chant as you let go of stress and tension. No experience necessary, just bring yourself and an open mind.

The door opens at 6:30pm, and herbal tea and Japanese snacks are available. Arrive early to unwind or meet Dr. Kyohei to ask questions about Buddhist spirituality. A Buddhist gift shop is open where you can attain self-care materials including organic matcha sets, dried flowers, Buddhist bells (for your own home sound bath & meditative chant experience).

This session is free but donation ($10-30) will be greatly appreciated (though not required) to keep this popular program going.
