The Los Alamos County Fair Blue Ribbon Homemade Pie Contest is Almost Here!

The countdown is ON! Get ready for the ultimate pie showdown at the Los Alamos County Fair and Rodeo! Whether you're a seasoned baker or a first-time contender, this is your chance to show off your skills.
Entry Submission: 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Judging: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM
But here’s the catch: No shortcuts allowed! Pies must have a homemade crust and a homemade filling—no canned fillings, premade crusts, cream pies, cheesecakes, or pumpkin pies! We’re looking for the best of the best, so bring your A-game!
Each pie will compete within its own class, and the first-place winners from each class will go head-to-head to determine the Overall Best Pie of the day! The bragging rights and the Blue Ribbon are up for grabs!
