Join us for an evening of pizza, community, and practical prep!

Whether you’re newly expecting or weeks away from meeting your little one, this event is your chance to laugh, learn, and connect with local parents and pros who get it.

What You’ll Do:

🍕 Eat Pizza & Mingle at Tomato Pie’s cozy back patio.

✨ Hands-On Prep:

- DIY Padcicles: Make your own postpartum recovery tool.

- Nursing Nests & Recovery Carts: Learn what to keep within arm’s reach.

- Build Your Support Plan: Together we will create a personalized roadmap (worksheet included!).

- Boundaries 101: Navigate visitors and protect your peace.

- Nutrition Tips: Fuel recovery with freezer meal hacks (veggie/vegan-friendly!).

What You’ll Learn:

- Why planning for postpartum is a game-changer - and we will do this together without the overwhelm!

- What to expect in the first weeks: physical recovery, emotional shifts, and your newborn's development including the "crying curve"

- How to tap into local resources (hello, California Doula Initiative!).
