This Mother’s Day, give yourself—or someone you love—a chance to pause, reconnect, and feel fully nourished.

We’ll begin with gentle breathwork and simple, Kundalini-inspired movements designed to awaken your energy, boost circulation, and bring your system into balance.

From there, we’ll gently shift into a resting position as you're guided into the heart of the experience—a deeply healing Sound Bath, where the vibrations help your body integrate and your mind unwind

The Sound Bath uses harmonic frequencies and soothing rhythms to help clear your energy field, calm your nervous system, and gently guide you into harmony.

✨ Light refreshments will be served—tea, fresh fruit, and something sweet to help ground the experience.
🧘 All props are provided. Just dress comfortably and bring socks.
