Beginner Lakeside Yoga @Lorain Harbor Boat Club

Summer time beginner yoga with a great view! Join us at Lorain Harbor Boat Club for a beginner yoga class. This is an introduction class, but all levels welcome. We will focus on the basic flows, mobility, flexibility, strength and balance. If your doctor ever told you to start yoga, this is the class!! We go rain or shine. Bring 1 - 2 yoga mats, a blanket or towel for padding and water bottle. $10 drop in. As always, police and fire are free
