Sink into Sound and Stillness ~November Sound Journey

As we flow steadily through Autumn into Winter, when nights are darker and temperatures lower, Greg and I would like to invite you to gather with us for a Sound Journey at Pelynt Village Hall
A restorative session to ease tension, relax stress, calm and sooth mind, body and Soul.
Simply bring your mat, pillows, blankets or even your duvet. Wear comfy layers or even your pjs! We'll meet you where you're at, hold your space gently and play our instruments to bring deep nurture and nourishment.
