Yuletide Sound Journey

Greg and I would like to invite you to gather with us for a Sound Journey at Pelynt Village Hall as we approach Winter Solstice and Yuletide Festivities.
A restorative session to ease tension, relax stress, calm and sooth mind, body and Soul.
Simply bring your mat, pillows, blankets or even your duvet. Wear comfy layers or even your pjs! We'll meet you where you're at, hold your space gently and play our instruments to bring deep nurture and nourishment.
