You never know when you or someone with you are with, will need to perform this life-saving technique, but knowing our club has many members that know this skill, we all can rest that we will be in good hands!

From personalized learning to interactive scenarios to peer-to-peer learning and hands-on skills practice, this instruction will give you the basic skills and confidence to perform this life-saving procedure when it's needed the most. This is Hands-Only CPR training, what is needed to save a life.
