Monthly Ecstatic Dance

Getcho monthly ecstatic dance right here, Orlando! You don't want to miss this one. DJ Bein is serving up a sound that's not found here in Orlando- a mix of tribal, earthy, deep bass vibes to ground you in the primal root of your being and into the ethereal space deep within your core.

Noonnahs will start us off with uplifting breathwork and grounding movements to release you from the analytical, judgmental, thinking mind and drop you into feeling your body & presence- a space where thought and time dissolve.

Ecstatic Dance is a freeform movement with a few simple guidelines:
1. No talking on the dance floor – no pressure to socialize. Use this time as a moving meditation.
2. No shoes on the dance floor (unless medically necessary).
3. No phones – be fully here.
4. Respect others’ space – move with awareness.
5. Dance however you want – forget how it looks. Tune into how it feels.
6. No substances – come raw, come real. Discover the power of your unfiltered expression.

The Schedule:
-Doors open 7pm
-Opening circle 7:30pm
-Guided breathwork + movement 7:45pm
-Unleash the D A N C E 8:15pm
-Closing circle 9:45pm
