Tai Chi Class (with Paul Gerald)

Don’t miss this chance to experience and learn about the ancient Chinese practice that serves as an amazing gentle workout.

Led by local Tai Chi pro and martial artist, Paul Gerald. September 12.

Please note there are two different sessions.
Seniors modified class from 9:30 AM - 10:00 AM, and traditional class from 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM.

Ages 18+. Free to attend.
Signup is required for either session.
