Longview PAWS is excited to offer Camp PAW-some at LACAC again this SUMMER!! Thursday, July 24th from 9 AM- 12 PM will be reserved for ages 6-10 years old.
Our morning will cater to the creative and curious in the most PAWSOME of ways! Campers will experience a unique blend of artistic exploration and animal encounters, providing young adventurers with a one-of-a-kind experience they'll remember forever.
Our goal is for young advocates to set out on a journey to champion the rights and welfare of animals. Campers will learn how to take care of animals, why it's important to treat them with love and respect and what we can do to make the world a better place for them. Our age range for Thursday registration is 6-10 years of age.
We will limit our camp size to 24 adventures. $35 registration fee includes 2 craft items and 1 drink/snack.
Who can attend Camp PAWsome?
Camp PAWsome is open to children age 6-10 (on Thursday) and 11-14 (on Friday).
Where is Camp PAWsome held?
Camp is located at the Longview Animal Care and Adoption Center- 303 HG Mosley Pkwy, Longview 75604
How many campers are there per session?
We will accept 24 campers for each morning. Register as soon as possible to ensure your child’s spot!
Do you provide lunch?
No. We will provide 1 snack and water.
What should we bring?
Campers should wear closed-toed shoes, pants and have a PAWS-itive attitude.
Check-in and Check-Out Policy:
Campers must be checked in by a parent or guardian before 8:50 AM (but not before 8:30 AM) and promptly at the end of camp (pick up no later than 12:15 PM). Camp PAWsome staff will meet you at the LACAC doors to check-in. Please park and come inside to drop off and pick up your child.
NO REFUNDS will be ISSUED. If your child is unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible so we may accommodate another eager adventurer.
