I-Honour-ME!

This workshop is designed for women caregivers. It allows them to become aware of their level of self-esteem and to recognize their skills, abilities, and personal value. In a place of exchange and sharing, the participants will improve and consolidate their self-esteem by taking into account their needs and limits.
