Info: Come on in and pour yourself a cup of tea, introduce yourself to someone new, and get cozy!
Info: We will go around the circle to introduce ourselves, our intention for joining, and anything else that feels relevant to share.
Info: You will get bite sized lesson on the theme for the month. Then we will get some time to play around with the concepts we learned through journal questions, group work, or practice readings.
Info: We will end with a bit of stillness in meditation and close our circle by sharing what we have learned with the group!
