Sock Hop: Fundraiser for the Long Beach Public Library

Get ready to twist and shout for a good cause! The Long Beach Public Library is hosting a Sock Hop Fundraiser on Saturday, September 27th, 2025, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Long Beach Recreation Center, located at 20257 Daughtery Rd.

This exciting event aims to raise funds to purchase new computers for the library. Groove to live music by Danny and the Dinosaurs, also known as The Chromatics, and enjoy a night filled with:

Karaoke

Costume Contest

Bake Walk

Food Trucks

Jump Ropes and Hula Hoops for the kiddos!

Admission is $6 for adults and $3 for kids.
