SOAP UP Gulfport/Biloxi: Outreach to End Human Trafficking

We are looking for volunteers to help SOAP Up Mississippi in Gulfport/Biloxi! With Cruisin the Coast coming, hundreds of thousands of people will come to the area and the risk of trafficking significantly increases. Help us look for missing children being trafficked!

Volunteer will label bars of soaps and makeup remover wipes for local hotels and get trained on how to spot the signs of human trafficking.

Then take it one step further- help us deliver the materials along with crucial missing teen posters to hotels and motels at the coast.

Location: USM Long Beach Campus. Walker Science Building

Agenda:

9:30-10:30 am Registration and label

10:30 -11:30 am - Hotel instructions/Training

11:30am – Hit the road!

Training appropriate for middle school aged and older.

Must be 16 or older to go to the hotels with an adult.

Any age can label!
