Intro to Yoga Philosophy

A special yoga workshop!

The word "yoga" has become such a part of everyday life that we take for granted it's true meaning. Yoga means to yoke, or bring together. It is the union of body, mind, and soul.

Join us at One Zen Wellness for an exploration of Yoga Philosophy. This 2-hour workshop will include meditation, discussion, and a Slow Vinyasa Flow practice. All levels are welcome.

Connie Raley, E-RYT 500, YACEP, is a graduate from the YogaWorks teacher training program in the Los Angeles area. She recognized through her own practice the necessity to build both strength and flexibility for the overall health and balance of the body, and how deeply that work penetrates layers beyond the physical.

Cost: $45 nonrefundable but can be transferred to a friend if you are unable to attend.
