Lynda has been supporting the Long Beach community through music, meditation, and healing for over a decade. This evening is an invitation to slow down, receive, and connect – whether it’s your first sound bath or you’re returning to the practice.
✨ What to Bring: A yoga mat, a pillow, and comfy clothes

✨ What to Expect: Deep relaxation, meditative soundscapes, and a welcoming space to explore inner stillness
