Born and raised in Mexico, Ursula Pascua grew up immersed in spirituality and mysticism. After immigrating to California and
graduating college, she took a group meditation class that sparked her love and exploration of all things Yoga. Yoga helped her find balance and profound healing from a difficult childhood and healed her body
after years of competitive running. A devoted student since 2008 and teacher since 2019, Ursula has been transformed by her studies of Vedic philosophy, trauma, somatics, the mind-body connection, and energy
healing. She is passionate about inspiring the community to develop their own personal Yogic practices for balanced daily living

DJ Ariana Bates

Ariana Bates is a community leader and DJ who’s soul mission is to activate the body and awaken the heart through movement and connection. She has been leading movement events in LA & beyond since 2012. Her musical inspo includes: afro beats, thick bass, club anthems, house, salty slow jams and drums from across the globe. Simply put, music that is so good your body starts dancing naturally! More About Ecstatic Dance-

Modern day Ecstatic Dance started on the Big Island of Hawaii in 2000. Over the last decade, this movement continued to spread, and you can now find Ecstatic Dances happening in almost every major city in the world. Ecstatic Dance creates a safe container for dance; please honor these guidelines: 1) move how it feels good for you + respect others, 2) substance free event, 3) no talking on the dance floor, 4) refrain from photography, be present and dance.
