You’ll get guided sprints, optional prompts, gentle garden breaks, and low-key accountability. No workshops. No critiques. Just writing, structure, snacks, and the supportive hush of other people working alongside you.

• Notebook & pen

(With your consent, I’ll invite you to turn off your phone and place it in a lock box during the session.)

• ✍️ 30-minute writing sprints with a simple timer to help you stay in flow without burning out
• 💡 Optional prompts and a creativity station for when you want inspiration
• 🌿 Peaceful garden breaks and cosy corners to recharge
• ☕ Tea, coffee and biscuits to keep you going
• 🎯 The chance to set an intention at the start of the day and see your word count grow
• 🤝 A small, welcoming group — no pressure, no feedback, just good company
